Not just a contest ... an intensive 16 weeks of intense training and intense weight loss !!

Contest includes:

  • 32 Weight-reduction camps
  • 20 Small group sessions
  • 1 Nutritional Seminar
  • 1 Nutritional House Visit
  • 9 Weigh-ins

 Cost:   $800 + tax

Can't do the math ?  ... that's only $14.55 for every hour of camps, small group training, and seminar time!

Two prizes of $500 workout credits.

  Workout Sessions

Each contest registrant is enrolled in a 6 week training program consisting of:

  • Two (2) Weight Reduction Camps per week and
  • One (1) Partner Training Session per week

Weight Reduction Camps
This 60 min workout session is designed to help you achieve your goal of weight-loss through physical training and will include: Cardiovascular Conditioning, Resistance Training (weights), Plyometrics and Circuits.

Camps will be held 2 times per week (12 total) between November 5th - December 11th.

  • Thursday evenings ... 5:30 - 6:30pm
  • Saturday mornings ... 10:30 - 11:30am

Partner Training Sessions
This 45 minute session will take your physical condition to the next level! Your trainer will personalize your session to work on the areas where you will benefit most!

Partner training sessions will be scheduled once per week (6 total) between November 9th and December 16th.

 

Scheduled with instructor on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday each week.

  Contest Details

Contest begins with an initial weigh-in and measurement session, followed by 2 progress weigh-ins and a final weign-in.

    Initial Weigh-In & Measurement

    • October 28: 8:00 - 9:30pm
    • October 29: 4:00 - 6:45pm
    • October 30: 4:00 - 6:45pm
    • October 31: 10:00 - 11:45am

    2nd Weigh-in

    • November 11: 10:00 - 10:30am & 11:30am - 12:30pm

    3rd Weigh-in

    • December 10: (following class)

    Final Weigh-in & Measurement

    • December 17th

All measurements and weigh-ins will occur on the dates listed above. Weigh-ins will all be done on the same scale, and in the same location. Participants will be required to get a before and after photograph, and must be wearing the same outfit (if it still fits) in both pictures.

Measurements:

The sum of the following 6 circumferences will be taken at both measurements:

  1. Upper arm
  2. Chest
  3. Waist
  4. Hips
  5. Thigh
  6. Calf
  Contest Rules
  • Participants must be visibly overweight to qualify for the contest. ***
  • Maximum 12 participants per camp
  • Measurements are confidential. The winners in both categories must be willing to release the details of the amount of weight loss and amount of cm’s lost in order to receive the prize.
  • The first camp on November 5th will be a nutritional seminar to help you plan your nutritional goals, and give you tips on how to fuel your weight loss!
  • If a participant looses more than 8% of body mass from the time of the 3rd weigh-in to the final weigh-in, they will be disqualified from winning any prizes. This is to ensure that participants are not dehydrating themselves in order to win the contest.
