Boxing Bootcamps



 Morning Bootcamp
  This bootcamp runs 3 days per week, providing a balanced approach to fitness training. Each week provides a different training regiment, with classes having the following themes:

 

Lower Body Strength & Core
 


 

Upper Body Strength & Heavy Bag Exercises





CV Conditioning & Weak-point Training

**Please note that each class will involve cardiovascular components to help achieve a complete workout with an emphasis on weight reduction and increasing strength**
