Winter Sessions are underway, but it's never too late to start. Train like a boxer - without getting hit. No experience necessary and you won't believe how great you feel. We offer beginner and advanced classes twice weekly. Check out the schedule page for dates and times.

Strength Training Fridays   New this fall, our Strength Conditioning & Core class is an excellent way to build overall botdy strength, tone muscles and boost metabolism.  Class enrollment is appropriately sized to provide instruction tailored to meet the individual needs and fitnesss level of each participant.

CARDIO night !  Our Cardiovascular (CV) Condioning Circuit is designed to raise your heart rate to strengthen your heart and lungs.  What's great is that we mix it up week to week, so this never gets boring or routine.  You're sure to leave with a smile on your face!

 
 Group Classes are popular Need some extra time in the gym for your sports team or special group?  Check out some of the reasons a Private Class might be right for your goup or contact Jeremy for more information.

Our classes are filled with regular people just like you - office workers, dentists, students, moms, dads, singles, couples, you name it.   We've got something for all ages ... 20-, 30-, 40- and 50-somethings, all in the same class.  You name it - they're here, working at whatever pace works for them.

We've even got special programs for Hockey teams and other sports groups looking for that extra edge to up their cardio, core training or just some different cross training. 

Don't know anything about boxing ... it doesn't matter.  Jeremy will start you out with some basic techniques and you'll be workin' hard in no time at all!  

Still curious ... drop by the studio through August. We're working out Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 - 8:00 pm.  We love to see new faces and are happy to explain how it all works!

 

About Us
Slick Boxing and Conditioning is an exciting way to work your way to fitness!   These non-contact workouts combine a boxer’s style of training with cardio and strength conditioning activities.  You decide how hard you want to work out, but be prepared for lots of enthusiasm and encouragement from the instructor!  The small class sizes allow for one to one coaching and feedback, enabling you to focus on your individual fitness goals.
