| Boxing Classes |

|
All boxing workouts are run as group sessions incorporating conditioning exercises and drills commonly used in training programs of competitive boxers. These workouts are non-contact between class participants, but you will have plenty of oppurtunity to contact various training equipment. Boxing technique is crucial to reduce the risk of injury to joints and muscles. For this reason, proper boxing techniques are covered in the class and reviewed with participants throughout the workout session.
